ARP18, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, uses the information you submit to review business applications and respond to enquiries.
Information we collect
Business and contact names, email, country, selected categories, catalogue links and the details you choose to provide. Do not submit bank details, identity documents or confidential technical files through these forms.
How we use it
We review your request, contact you about it and keep an internal record of its status. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in a hosted database. Access is restricted to the authorised ARP18 administrator. Hosting and security providers process data to operate the website. No applicant details are publicly listed.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiry and application details while the discussion is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless an ongoing relationship or applicable requirement calls for longer retention. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form, quoting your application reference. Identity may be checked before a request is completed.
Cookies
The application form uses a short-lived security cookie. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. No advertising tracking is installed.
