Your commission plan

Both onboarding options have 3% sales commission for six calendar months beginning with your first sale through ARP18, followed by a flat 5%. Registration, onboarding and publishing listings do not start the introductory period. This is a reduced-commission promotion, not a commission-free period.

Choose your onboarding

With self-service onboarding, you create and maintain your catalogue. With ARP18-assisted onboarding, you authorise our team to prepare, edit and submit product listings using information and photos you supply. You retain dashboard access and remain responsible for product accuracy and image rights. You can withdraw assisted-editing permission through your business profile.

Seller fulfilment and support

Under both options, you manage stock, shipping, delivery, tracking, returns, warranties and product support. Confirm destination coverage, lead times, delivery costs and customer requirements before accepting an order. ARP18-assisted onboarding does not include logistics.

Review and publication

Business approval and product review are required before a listing becomes public. Changes to published listings require review. Saving business-profile changes returns the profile for review and temporarily pauses its public listings.

Current service stage

Catalogue management, reviewed listings and buyer enquiries are available. Online checkout, sales reporting, commission collection and payouts are not yet active. An enquiry is not a sale and does not start the introductory period.

Before transactions are enabled, the seller agreement will specify the verified sale event, commission calculation basis, tax and shipping treatment, cancellations and refunds, settlement timing and any payment-provider charges. No automated commission collection is currently enabled.

Your dashboard

Both onboarding options provide access to your products and review feedback. Order, sales and earnings reporting will use real transaction records when connected; no sales are implied by catalogue views or enquiries.
